Most MN school levies pass; metro largely yes
Nearly two-thirds of 90 Minnesota school districts seeking more taxpayer funding won on Nov. 4, with operating levies passing at about a 70% rate and capital project levies passing about two-thirds. In the Twin Cities metro, 14 of 15 districts with measures succeeded — the lone failure was North St. Paul–Maplewood–Oakdale — while just over half of 30 building bond questions passed statewide, often where safety and security upgrades were included.
