St. Paul man charged with attempted murder after shooting at Eagan officers
Adrian Ricardo Flowers, 37, of St. Paul, was charged with attempted first-degree murder after he allegedly fired at Eagan police officers during a domestic disturbance, prosecutors said.[1]
